How the network works
Homeowner qualifies
Every project passes our 9-step intake: ownership, timeline, decision-maker, project detail, and documented TCPA consent.
We match by trade & ZIP
Projects route to one certified partner covering that trade and territory — exclusively. No shared-lead race to the phone.
You quote and win
You receive the full project profile and consent certificate, contact the homeowner, and quote against a customer who already knows fair pricing.
Certification requirements
Certification is what lets us promise homeowners a vetted pro — and what keeps partner territories valuable. You'll need:
Active trade license
Where your state or locality requires one. Verified against the licensing board at onboarding.
General liability insurance
Active coverage appropriate to your trade; certificate available on request.
Real business identity
Legal entity, physical service address, and a business phone we can verify.
Contact compliance
Written agreement to TCPA-compliant practices and immediate opt-out honoring.
Apply to become a Certified Partner
Takes about 3 minutes. We review applications within 2 business days and verify licensing before activation.

Frequently asked questions
Are the appointments really exclusive?
Yes. Each matched project routes to one certified partner for that trade and territory. We sell appointments, not shared leads — your close rate is our retention metric.
What does an appointment cost?
Pricing is per-appointment and varies by trade, territory, and project tier (for example, storm-driven and insurance-active roofing projects price above standard repairs). You'll receive the rate card for your trade and area with your approval.
What do I receive with each appointment?
The full qualification profile — project type, property details, timeline, decision-maker status — plus contact details and the TrustedForm consent certificate documenting the homeowner's opt-in.
Is there a contract or minimum?
No long-term contract. Volume is set by your stated weekly capacity, and you can pause or adjust territory with notice.
